Welcome to Anxiety Really Sucks! The goal of this blog is to provide you with strategies for overcoming your anxiety symptoms and living a more fulfilling life.
What makes a more fulfilling life, you ask? I have no idea. That’s up to you to figure out. But I know what’s not a fulfilling life: one that’s controlled by your anxiety symptoms.

You probably will also want to find a therapist in your area. As much as self-help blogs can be incredibly therapeutic, nothing can replace real professional care. The longer you leave your anxiety untreated, the harder it will be to overcome.
You may want to learn more about specific anxiety disorders. I will cover specific anxiety disorders as my blog progresses, but you probably want the quick and dirty facts.
You may also want to look at some cute animal pictures. Maybe you’d prefer to look at some funny gifs. Or better yet, leave it to BuzzFeed to cheer you up.
You may also want to buy a self-help book. I’ve read quite a few and learned a lot about myself and my anxiety.
